Kolot/wali tiasa ngadaptar di Familyid.com atanapi klik tautan dina situs wéb sakola anak anjeun dina ATLETIKA. Pitunjuk ieu dibéréndélkeun di handap:
- Pikeun milarian program anjeun, klik tautan anu disayogikeun di luhur sareng pilih formulir pendaptaran dina kecap PROGRAM .
- Teras, klik dina tombol héjo ngadaptar Ayeuna sareng gulung, upami diperyogikeun, ka tombol Asup / Asup Asup . Upami ieu pertama kali anjeun nganggo FamilyID, klik Sign Up. Klik Log Asup , lamun anjeun geus boga akun ID kulawarga.
- Ngadaptar pikeun akun FamilyID aman anjeun ku cara nuliskeun nu boga akun Ngaran Mimiti jeung Panungtungan (indungna/wali), alamat surélék jeung kecap akses. Pilih kasapukan kana Sarat Layanan FamilyID. Klik Sign Up.

- Klik tombol Kirim héjo. Saatos milih 'Kirim', pendaptaran bakal réngsé. Anjeun bakal nampi email parantosan ti FamilyID anu mastikeun pendaptaran anjeun.
You will receive an email receipt from registrations@familyid.com. You can also view your completed registration in your 'Registration' tab. You can log into https://www.familyid.com at any time to update your information and to check your registration(s).

ONLY Parents/Guardians Can Sign Off Electronically on the Agreements
Note: If a Student Athlete electronically signs off on these agreements, he/she will NOT be cleared and could prevent them from starting on time.
